Manicure Tool (for dry manicure technique)

I use this instrument to remove dead cuticle when I do my manicure. It is easy to use and with “Cross” the dead particles are removed with no damage to my nails. The case is very elegant and protective of the instrument.

This is a great little tool. I'm sure I will get better the more I use it, but I feel like I did a pretty good job for a first time user. I was super gentle and don't notice any scratches on my nails. It's definitely worth the money!
