Refund Policy
Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please get in touch with us with images of the product within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will gladly send out replacements for damaged items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-pick-up, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges for having the package re-sent.
If the buyer chooses not to have the package re-sent, a full refund will be given minus a 10% restocking fee and minus the shipping charges (to the buyer and back to us).
Late deliveries/"stuck" packages
In case of rare circumstances (currently less than 1%) of packages taking much longer to be delivered and tracking numbers not showing any updates for a few days please know that we are unable to find out more than the tracking number shows.
We cannot issue any refunds because of this.
Refunds because of "change of mind" (received orders)
We do not accept returns for refunds. Our guarantee only covers defective or damaged products.
Due to the nature of these products being personal use items we cannot accept products back once they were shipped and received by the buyer.
Cancelled orders (prior to being shipped)
If the order is cancelled before it's shipped we will issue a full refund minus 7% processing fee.
(We get charged credit card processing fees by the credit card companies and conversion fees plus label fees and we don't get these fees back when the order is cancelled)
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays.
