Shipping Information

Due to uncertainty regarding the US tarrifs Postal providers across EU decided to put hold on all commercial shipments valued under $800 USD "until further notice" so we cannot ship to USA right now. If anything changes we will email our email subscribers and post in our online store.

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. 

We ship mainly with Correos which is a regular Postal Service in Spain.
This is the most affordable shipping method for small packages. 


🇬🇧 If you are purchasing from UK:
Our international prices do not include tax so the VAT (20% in UK) is payable upon delivery by the buyer. Your order will arrive with Royal Mail and you will receive an email so you can pay the VAT online. Please know that Royal Mail also charges 8 GBP of admin fee.
These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 
PS. We looked into registering with UK VAT (so we can add the VAT on top of the price and then remit it to the UK) but we are such small business that we have not reached the VAT registration threshold yet. We could do this volunteerly but registering and quaterly submitting is just too costly for us right now.

🇨🇦 If you are purchasing from Canada:
Our international prices do not include tax so the Canadian Tax (varies by the Province) is payable upon delivery by the buyer. Your order will arrive with Canada Post and you will receive an email so you can pay the tax online. Please know that Canada Post also charges 9.96 CAD of admin fee.
These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Once your package leaves Spain it is handled by your local postal office like USPS (USA), Canada Post (Canada), Royal Mail (UK) etc. and you can track it from there using the same tracking number you have received in the confirmation email.

Lost and Stolen Packages confirmed Delivered
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Freight Forwarders
If you ship your order to a freight forwarding company, we cannot be held liable for any transaction with a forwarding company. Once delivery is confirmed by Correos we are no longer liable for the package.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-pick-up, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to have the package re-sent.
If the buyer chooses not to have the package re-sent, a full refund will be given minus a 10% restocking fee and minus the shipping charges (to the buyer and back to us).

Late deliveries/"stuck" packages
In case of rare circumstances (currently less than 1%) of packages taking much longer to be delivered and tracking number not showing any updates for few days please know that we are unable to find out more than the tracking number shows.
We cannot issue any refunds because of this. 

Refunds because of "change of mind"
Due to the nature of these products being personal use items we cannot accept products back once they were shipped and received by the buyer.
