Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. 

We ship with Correos which is a regular Postal Service in Spain.

Once your package leaves Spain it is handled by your local postal office like USPS (USA), Canada Post (Canada), Royal Mail (UK) etc. and you can track it from there using the same tracking number you have received in the confirmation email.

We are currently offering free shipping with purchases of over 99€ to the USA and EU countries except Finland, Croatia and Romania (for some reason the shipping to these countries is almost triple).

To find out the exact shipping cost please enter your items into the cart and fill out your address and the system will populate the shipping rate.

If you are purchasing from outside of the EU:
Please check with your local post office what kind of taxes and/or fees you are responsible for paying when buying from the EU before ordering.
These taxes or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Lost and Stolen Packages confirmed Delivered
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
