Wooden Foot File

• Made from natural alder. Moisture-resistant.

Notes from Anna:
Personally I find it most effective to use this file after taking a shower to smooth the skin on a regular bases as needed. 
The file is great for reducing callus (hard skin) and for keeping hard skin at bay.
Having some hard skin on the feet is perfectly normal and we don't need to have "baby soft feet" because we walk on our feet.
Also please remember not to use this file to "remove dry skin". Dry skin is a sign of impaired skin barrier and the skin needs to be protected and nourished to improve, not excessively filed which can actually cause further damage to the skin.
If you skin is prone to developing callus use the foot file weekly in a gentle manner, preferably with the softer size, then dry the feet and apply appropriate cream or ointment.
